The role combined creative strategy, design direction, and production management across international campaigns.

Main responsibilities included leading end-to-end production, developing design systems and scalable workflows, and collaborating with Brand, Performance Marketing, and Content teams to align creative output with business goals.

The position also involved team and stakeholder management, multilingual campaign adaptation, and the introduction of AI tools to enhance creative efficiency.

Despite being a short-term role due to restructuring, it offered a dynamic and fast-paced environment that strengthened both creative and leadership skills.
Scaling creativity through strategy, systems and storytelling.
PAID SOCIAL VIDEOS
Designed to connect creativity and performance. Each asset was optimized for engagement and conversion while maintaining brand consistency across markets. The challenge was to explain the product in a short amount of time,  simplifying the UX and using appealing, dynamic footage or animations. Here you can see some examples:
This video highlights business travel, a strong-performing message due to high travel costs. The idea was to test different destinations using imagery that potential customers could identify with — in the UK test, Hamburg emerged as a key location.
Another travel concept, this time using airport footage — combining sound design, live-action scenes and a website simulation to create a dynamic, immersive feel.
In this case, the focus is on the endless Excel sheets finance managers deal with — presenting a fun, simple way to show that all of this can be managed directly in Pleo.
This concept also focuses on the travel experience, but without video footage. Instead, it uses photography and motion design to show the trip timeline and the expenses managed along the way — ending with customer numbers and positive reviews to build value and trust.
LINKEDIN ADS
These LinkedIn campaigns were designed to connect Pleo with professionals across the construction and sports industries. Covering the full marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion — each concept adapted Pleo’s brand story to the mindset and needs of each sector. I led the creative strategy and acted as the main contact with external agencies managing the campaigns on LinkedIn.
Scalable Design System for Static Paid Ads
To improve efficiency in the production of static paid assets, I developed a scalable design system in Figma
that simplified workflows and maintained visual consistency across markets.
The system allowed designers to quickly adapt assets for multiple campaigns and formats
while ensuring brand alignment.
In parallel, I automated the feedback process with the content team and created a streamlined translation
workflow with copywriters and translators
— connecting everyone involved in creative production.
These improvements significantly reduced turnaround time and improved collaboration
between design, content, and localization teams.
1) Meta Workspace / Campaign System Overview
This workspace shows the centralized static ads system built in Figma. Each campaign was organized into reusable templates, allowing fast adaptation across markets and platforms.
2) Cover Page and setup
This template page includes the master components used for all static variations.
By standardizing layout, typography, and color usage, the system ensured brand alignment across every deliverable.
3) Master Components
This was the first stage of the system, focused on establishing simple, foundational components — logo sizing, CTA styles, and basic typography usage.
Because a shared public library wasn’t available at the time, this setup acted as a lightweight alternative to ensure consistency.
4) Templates
Dynamic templates for the most common ad formats and campaign types. These templates acted as plug-and-play layouts, reducing the need to redesign from scratch and ensuring cohesive, scalable creative production across teams and languages.
5) Format Variations
Here, the system is applied across multiple formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) for Meta placements.
Designers could duplicate and adjust variations in minutes rather than designing each asset from scratch.
6) Localized Versions
The campaign was localized for different languages while maintaining the same visual framework. Copy, CTA, and regulatory requirements could be updated without altering design structure. We used Lokalise to manage translation flows and collaborated closely with the localization team to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.
