Factor, part of the HelloFresh Group, offers healthy, ready-to-eat meals as part of the company’s global expansion strategy.
As Design Lead, I was responsible for the overall creative direction and brand development across multiple international launches — ensuring all assets were on-brand and delivered on time across paid social, organic content, CRM, and UGC campaigns.
The work focused on adapting visuals and messaging to local markets while maintaining Factor’s clean, energetic, and premium identity.
Shown here are examples from the German launch, one of the most challenging due to space constraints and the complexity of local language adaptation.

CRM LAUNCH
A new CRM design system was developed based on Factor’s brand guidelines, in collaboration with CRM Managers and Developers. The process started with a Figma design framework, later implemented in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure seamless technical integration.
The project included tailored designs aligned with the CRM strategy for different customer stages — Actives, Formers, Prospects, RAF, and Transactional emails — as well as CRM app assets, ensuring visual consistency and an enhanced customer experience across all touchpoints. PAID SOCIAL
These paid social assets were developed as part of the full launch campaign, designed and automated through Smartly to ensure dynamic and efficient delivery across markets. The campaign required constant creative updates due to ongoing changes in packaging design, meal offerings, and user preferences, which demanded a fast, flexible, and well-coordinated workflow between design, marketing, and media teams.
